Book Your Arena is a multi-tenant booking platform that enables users to book sessions at independent shooting arenas. Each arena operates as an independent business entity.
Armoha Labs provides the technology platform that facilitates booking management.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the booking system.

All payments and any regulatory compliance documentation (if required by an arena) are handled offline directly by the arena.

Create and manage user accounts
Confirm and manage bookings
Share booking details with the selected arena
Provide customer support
Maintain platform security
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Book Your Arena operates as a multi-tenant platform.
Each arena is an independent business.
Arenas can access only booking data related to their own customers.
We act as:
When processing data on behalf of arena operators.
For platform-level account management and technical operations.
Arena operators are independently responsible for how they use customer data within their own operations.
Your data is securely stored using:
MongoDB Atlas
Secure cloud hosting infrastructure
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no digital platform can guarantee 100% security.
Users under the age of 18 are permitted to use the App.
If required by law or arena policy, parental or guardian consent may be required before booking.
We do not knowingly collect unnecessary personal data from minors.
If a parent or guardian believes a minor has provided information improperly, they may contact us for review or deletion.
We share user information only:
With the specific arena selected during booking
When required by law
To protect legal rights and safety
We do NOT:

Rent personal data

As long as the user account remains active
